This Easter’s Electric Frog Weekender looks set to pull in the crowds with its  all-star line-up of local club heroes, and packed programme of dedicated after-parties.  What with no work on Monday, you can stay out all night guilt-free, even on Sunday. We recommend it as an excellent way to spend the Easter weekend.

GUM will have more EF festival coverage to follow in the next week – Stay Tuned!

Day passes £25/ Weekend pass £45, available from Tickets-Scotland

Frog have provided GUM with the following updates:

Saturday April 23 & Sunday April 24:

The Electric Frog loves the fact that its street and warehouse party takes place in the afternoon and evening – this means there is a full day and night to relish the music from the multi-talented array of artists and DJs that have been drawn together by Electric Frog over Glasgow’s Easter weekend.

But its not just day time entertainment that is on the Electric Frog’s menu.   For those
who wish to extend their enjoyment through into the wee small hours there are a number
of incredible after-parties on offer for festival attenders:-

SATURDAY APRIL 23RD

O2 ACADEMY – Erol Alkan and DJ Yoda (special AV show) and Boom Monk Ben.
THE ADMIRAL – Optimo, Ivan Smagghe and Unabombers.
THE SUBCLUB – Francois K, Danny Krivit and Andrew Pirie.

SUNDAY APRIL 24TH at The Arches

This will be one huge closing party for the weekend, featuring Green Velvet’s alter-ego Cajmere, Dave Clarke, Ben Klock, Slam, Kode 9, Animal Farm and many more.
It will take place across the main room and café bar til 4am (entrance by Argyle Street under Central Station Bridge).

PLEASE NOTE – these after parties are strictly for ticket holders of the Electric Frog easter weekender, with a nominal door charge to be confirmed in the next week.
