Halloween Movie Drive In @ Riverside Museum

The Red Death @ Edinburgh Horror Festival (CC Blooms)

Written and directed by two University of Glasgow students, Jack Elfick and Jamie McGuire, the play is an adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe’s The Mask of the Red Death. Performing for two night at the Edinburgh Horror Festival, what better way than to get into the Halloween mood with a spooky play?

The Shining (15) @ The GFT

HERE’S JOHNNY! Adapted masterfully to film by Stanley Kubrick from Stephen King’s bestselling novel, The Shining tells the tale of an aspiring writer’s slow decent into madness while looking after an old hotel during the cold winter months with his family. Along with the feature will be a short documentary, “Work and Play”, which contains unseen archival footage.
